2. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited functionality. We reserve the right to modify the features and limitations of the free tier at any time.
Paid Subscriptions: By purchasing a paid Subscription, you agree to pay the recurring fees. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
Cancellations: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the billing portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

3. User-Generated Content (Prompts and Output)

Our Service allows you to create newsletter prompts ("Prompts") and receive AI-generated content ("Output").

Your Prompts: You retain all rights to the Prompts you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your Prompts solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service to create any content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or in violation of any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Ownership of Output: To the extent permitted by law, you own the Output generated from your Prompts. You are responsible for the use of this Output.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The core of our service is content generated by a third-party artificial intelligence. As such, you must understand and agree to the following:

NO WARRANTY OF ACCURACY: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Output is generated by an AI and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any content. **You must independently verify any information from the Output before relying on it.**
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Newsletter Grandma, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
